Job Description:
As a blended agent, you will be trained to support multiple clients by handling inbound calls, emails, or chats to address customer service inquiries. Your responsibilities will include following guided processes, logging each interaction in our Frontline Connection CRM, and ensuring accurate documentation of customer information.
Required Qualifications:
- customer service experience
- Experience in a high-call volume environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle upset customers and de-escalate situations
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems
- Technical abilities to install and uninstall programs and troubleshoot equipment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous call center experience
- Remote work experience
- Basic technical support experience
Job Requirements:
- Availability for weekday training sessions
- Training hours: Approximately 6 a.m.–4:30 pm (PST)
- Open availability to work shifts within company hours of operation (24/7)
- Consistent attendance is crucial
- Quiet your home workspace with a locked door to minimize background noise
Tech Requirements:
- Desktop Windows computer (no MACs or Chromebooks)
- Processor: Intel i5/AMD 5 or better
- 12GB RAM or better
- Dual monitor setup
- High-quality USB headset
- Hardwired internet connection
- Minimum internet speeds: 20Mbps download, 10Mbps upload, <50ms ping stability
Pay and Benefits:
- Pay rate: DOE $13.00–$15.00 hourly
